The Nederlands Fotomuseum in Rotterdam is the leading national museum of photography in the Netherlands. It has an impressive collection of 5.5 million photographic images and exhibits every facet of photography: documentary and experimental, contemporary and historical. 

This is currently responsible for 166 archives of Dutch photographers. It therefore manages an important part of the visual heritage of the Netherlands.
This is also the only museum in the Netherlands to possess an in-house conservation studio for photography, makes it one of the most important museums of photography in Europe in terms of its expertise concerning the preservation and conservation of photographic materials.

This exhibition will show a unique selection of three-dimensional works by all important hyperrealist sculptors of the past 50 years. From the early American pioneers, including George Segal, Duane Hanson and John DeAndrea, to the rise of the international movement, represented by Juan Muñoz (Spain), Maurizio Cattelan (Italy), Berlinde de Bruyckere (Belgium) and Ron Mueck, Sam Jinks and Patricia Piccinini (Australia). With 35 artworks by 28 artists.

Standing face to face with these works provokes a reaction from the visitors, raising questions about the extent to which human beings can be manipulated and about identity in general. How do we see ourselves and others? – An interesting topic in the light of the current selfie culture on social media.

Markthal大型拱廊市場，荷蘭第一家室內市場Markthal，坐落於鹿特丹市中心的勞倫斯廣場。作為全球首例市場住宅相結合的建築，這座市集住宅無疑成為了鹿特丹市的新地標。Markthal 被稱為現代版的西斯廷教堂，內拱面印著名為“豐收之角” 的大型壁畫，壁畫面積達 11,000平方米，堪稱荷蘭最大的藝術品。
Markthal市集，也被選為歐洲十大美食廣場之一。
這一幅「美食銀河」也與場內的生鮮魚肉，蔬果攤及餐廳所供應的美食相互輝映，形成世界上最大的室內藝術創作。在建築外觀上，這座高 40 公尺、酷似馬蹄形的拱頂建築，有著歐洲目前面積最大的兩面玻璃牆門，並聚集了80多個生鮮食品攤位和商鋪。建築的屋頂是可以容納228間公寓的拱形結構，內部含1200個停車位，每間公寓都具有開闊的視野。對外面向馬斯河或面向勞倫斯教堂，對內則可透過窗戶或玻璃地板看到市場上的動態，同時不受市場內聲音或氣味的影響。

The Markthal is located in Rotterdam. The building was opened on October 1, 2014, by Queen Máxima of the Netherlands. The inside of the building is adorned with an 11.000 m2 artwork by Arno Coenen, named Hoorn des Overvloeds. The artwork shows strongly enlarged fruits, vegetables, seeds, fish, flowers and insects.

The artwork of Coenen was selected out of 9 international candidates. The work was made using digital 3D-techniques separated in 4000 pieces and then printed on perforated aluminum panels.
Some called it The largest artwork in the world.

荷蘭最具代表性的現代建築的立體方塊屋，一塊塊傾斜 45 度並間間相連的正立方體空間組成，又被稱為樹屋，由51座方塊房子組成。
小型展館內展出的房屋模型、照片板以及信息屏幕能為遊客提供更多相關信息。

1898年，45米高的高層辦公樓白房子（荷蘭語：Witte Huis）完工，成為當時歐洲最高的辦公樓。
另外附近還有像鉛筆一樣的筆尖 #鉛筆屋，不符合平衡的大樓，歪歪斜斜的很有特色。巨大的黃色水管裸露在外的 #水管屋。這些特色建築都聚集在方塊屋旁邊，形成這一帶很有特色的建築風格。

White House is a building and National Heritage Site in Rotterdam, Netherlands, built in 1898 in the Art Nouveau style. The building is 43 m tall, with 10 floors. It was also the first hoogbouw in Europe. The building is listed as a Rijksmonument. The architect Willem Molenbroek designed the 10-storey building, at the time an unprecedented height in Europe. It was also one of the few buildings in central Rotterdam to survive the German bombing campaigns of World War II.

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen – a house for imagination, inspiration and creativity.

It is a multifaceted museum in the heart of the Netherland’s harbour city, Rotterdam. It is the only museum in the Netherlands that offers the visitor a comprehensive survey of Western art from the Middle Ages to the present day. The scope and diversity are thanks to 1700 private collectors who have gifted no fewer than 50,000 objects in almost 170 years.
The building of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen comprises three buildings, each with its own function and character. The architect chose traditional materials such as brick, natural stone and copper. The distinctive tower above the old entrance remains a beacon in the city.
