帕洛斯，是在愛琴海中部基克拉迪群島的一個希臘島嶼。它位於奈克索斯島的西部，兩島只相隔八公里寬的海峽。帕羅斯島離比雷埃夫斯港東南部約185公里（100海里）。現今帕羅斯島是歐洲最受歡迎的旅遊熱點之一，也以其眾所周知的精美白色大理石聞名中外。

帕羅斯島（Paros）位於愛琴海中央的一個希臘島嶼，擁有風光旖旎的沙灘和漁港，即使在旅遊旺季到訪，島上還算是人煙稀少，要不是《希臘．村上春樹．貓》一書中有提到，應該很少人會知道，但它卻是希臘人鍾愛的度假小島，本地人稱它為「愛琴海的女兒」

聖托里尼島擁有「世上最美的日落」，米克諾斯島的「天堂海灘」，帕羅斯島最享負盛名的便是白色半透明、充滿質感的大理石。

島上的房子用它來當建築材料，就是古希臘很多經典文物也是由這種大理石雕刻而成，目前收藏於法國羅浮宮的「米羅的維納斯」雕像便是其中之一。有島民就自豪地跟說，自公元前六世紀開始，帕羅斯島靠着出口品質高的大理石，一度成為愛琴海最富裕的島嶼之一。

著名詩人George Seferis曾形容這裏的一切渾然天成，就如一首旋律和諧的樂曲，更是整個西克拉德斯群島裏最可愛的地方。

在島北面的納歐薩海灣 Naoussa，是位在Paros東北方只有2870人的安寧小漁村，留存著古老的城堡遺址，是全島最出名的觀光地，也是看夕陽最美的地點。
小鎮巷弄裡林立著再悠閒不過的露天雅座。街道上並存著"新與舊"，可以看到海島風的清新，也可以感受到老屋子傳統模樣。

Naousa is a village in the Cyclades. It is located in the northeastern corner of the island of Paros. The spiritual center of Naousa is the tiny fishing harbor, packed tightly with traditional fishing boats and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Its almost postcard perfect.

Kostos is a nice village located 7 km from Parikia, the capital of the island and accessible on the way from Parikia to Lefkes.

This small village is the birthplace of a notable writer and philosopher, Athanasios Parios, who developed a great writing activity and worked as a teacher in different parts of Greece, during the Greek revolution.

Kostos has Cycladic architecture with whitewashed houses and beautiful churches, while it marks out for its pure beauty and natural surrounding, totally unaffected from tourism. The people are friendly and hospitable.

The small fishing port of Piso Livadi is located a couple of km south of Marpissa and 19 km south-east of Parikia. Piso Livadi used to be a calm little village but it has been transformed and intensely developed in order to attract tourists.

It is famous for its fine Greek cuisine. From this little port, daily trips for Naxos, Ios, Santorini and Amorgos are organized regularly.

South of Piso Livadi one can found many superb beaches as the Golden Beach, considered as one of the best spots in the Mediterranean for slalom windsurfing.

#Paros 最主要的景點就是這個 #百門聖母教堂 Temple of Panaya of Ekatontapiliani，古老的東正教堂以拜占庭式的建築佇立在舊城區。
據說是康斯坦丁大帝的母親聖海倫納（Saint Helen），在她去聖地朝聖時建造的。它由兩個毗鄰的小禮拜堂組成，是很早的拜占庭建築形式。

Panagia Katapoliani is a historic Byzantine church complex in Parikia town, on the island of Paros in Greece. The church dates to 326. Its oldest features likely predate the adoption of Christianity as the state religion of the Roman Empire in 391.
The Ekatontapyliani is a renowned Marian pilgrimage church of the Aegean, second only to the famed Megalochare church on nearby Tinos Island.
